Article IX

Title: Definitions

              I.      Member in Good Standing:  A member who has met the membership, meeting and dues requirements per the club By Laws, and has made an attempt  to actively participate in the clubs activities, or has coordinated with and has received waiver from the Officers of the Club.

      II.   General Membership:  Is the total number of paid members on the active roster that have met the membership attendance requirements, and have not been dropped for rules violations
