A. Any Club rule can be changed by a majority vote. At least 50% of the members in good standing must be in attendance and vote at the meeting. (Rev 3/05) B.
Regular Club meetings will be held the second (2nd)
Tuesday of each calendar month. C.
All meeting shall be conducted in an orderly manner with the
President acting as chairman. Roberts
Rules of Order shall be used to guide the procedure of the Club
meeting. D.
Members age sixty-two (62) and older will be made honorary
members for life. You do
not have to be a retired person to be eligible. E.
On the death of an active member, a wreath valued at $100.00 will
be sent to the appropriate funeral home. F.
Sportsmanship: All
participants are required to comply with the Game and Fish regulations
in effect at each tournament. ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN ANY TOURNAMENT BOAT OR AT THE
WEIGH-IN. ALL CONTESTANTS ARE EXPECTED TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A
SPORTSMAN-LIKE MANNER AT ALL TIMES. G. Cell phones shall not be used to gather or share fishing information during a tournament. They should be used for emergency only, since the nature of incoming calls cannot be determined, they may be answered and screened, and Partners will be responsible for policing and determining illegal use. Meeting points begin in the November meeting for the following
year. Election of Club
officers will be held each year during the November meeting. I. The Classic Tournament for the Club will be a two (2) day tournament. The Tournament Committee will determine the lake or lakes to be fished and set the tournament dates, which shall be between October 15th and November 15th. The lakes will be off limits for fishing and boating the Friday before the tournament until starting time. (Rev. .2//06) J 6.5 lbs Big Fish Side Pot: $2.00 per man per tournament will be set aside for a 6.5 lb fish or larger. The payout for the fish will be based on the number of tournaments fished prior to the catching of the fish. At this time the pot will start over. This is on a volunteer basis.
