Doug competed and was not able to move on.  He had the opportunity to win but as we all have lost the winning fish.  Good Job.

2011 TN Bass Federation State Tourney - East Divisional
Chickamauga Lake @ Dayton Boat Dock was held this past weekend 10-14 & 15, 2011.  Harrison Bassmasters Federated came in Third Place with 54.73 lbs as a team and Doug Mims not only led the team to this finish but also was the top angler of the tournament.  Winning First place honors with a total weight of 22.40 lbs for two days.  Steve Rogers was eight overall in the individual angler standings.  Good Job Team.

The last tournament for the year is in the books.  After the first major cold front pushed through we arrived at lake Loudon to temperatures in the 40's and the wind a blowing.  It stayed that way most of the day.  Fishing was tough to put it mildly.  Gene Cote with the help of Curtis Lee managed to win the tournamnet with 7+ pounds, with Big Fish, It was so tough that their weight was more than all the boats in the tournament combined.

Byron and Mike win at Weiss with 5 fish weighing 10.55 lbs. Andrew did it again with the big fish at 3.45 lbs.

     Preacher  and David hook into a nice fish and win with 5 fish weighing in at 16.65 lbs and with Preacher having a 7.30 Big Fish that made a great sack.

     John and Charlie grabbed a big win with 5 fish weighing in at 15.55 lbs. Charlie had the big fish that weighed 4.80 lbs good job guys

     With a few storms and nice temps Preacher and Jack pulled out with a big win. Total weight 13.6 - 1lb penalty ends up as 12.6. Jack caught the big fish 4.5 lbs. good job.

    Beautiful day on lake Neely Henry. Tons of fish caught. Brad G. and Brandon F. weighed in 14.1lbs. Nice bag (culling by 8:00). Congrats to Eric B. with the big fish weighing in at 3.1lbs.

    Another windy day out there but we all caught fish. Mike G and Charlie W won with 13.13 lbs and Mike G also had Big Fish at 4.10 lbs.  

  On a windy day Ed Knight and Steve Rogers  pulled off a win with 14.11 lbs. Congrats to Buddy Blaylcok with the big fish 5.2 lbs.

  Muddy water and wind didn't stop Preacher R. and John C. from winning on Guntersville, with a 9.10 big fish and a total weight of 12.3.

  Mike Gnaster and David Workman take the first tournament with 17.12 lbs and 5 fish. *** The big fish was from Andrew Sgarlata, not only did he get big fish but got the club big fish BIG FISH POT. His big fish was 7.6 lbs!!!
